Chairman’s Message

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi in his address on Pariksha Pe Charcha said, "A society that does not give importance to education cannot progress." This amply underlines that future of any progressive society lies in the high levels of vision, competence and dexterity of its youth who need to be equipped with the best possible skills and expertise so that they are able to discriminate between good and bad in tandem with social, moral and national values, and optimize quality of life. Great Indian philosopher Swami Vivekananda envisioned such an education system by which "character is formed, strength of mind is increased, and the intellect is expanded, and by which one can stand on one's own feet." In this sense, education plays the biggest role in forming the character of a society; its quality defines how harmonious its youth is - a perfect balance of mind, body and heart. So the quality of education is to be not only regularly and effectively monitored but continually enhanced to enable its product to acquire high knowledge and skills and make them both 'valuable' and 'valued' members of society.

National Public School has been established with an objective of "regulating and supervising elementary, secondary and higher secondary education". We have been tirelessly engaged to transform our vision into implementation to realise our objectives. As we are about to complete a decade of our service to society, it is high time to formulate newer strategies to cope with the aspirations of 21st century youth after a close analysis of the levels achieved in the past. More technological interventions coupled with creative initiatives are imperative to facilitate the stakeholders across the globe.

We are committed to contribute positively and effectively towards realising the vision of National Education Policy 2020. We shall endeavour to keep up our initiatives of embedding a culture of critical thinking, problem-solving and experiential learning in our curriculum which aims at producing globally competent students with an impeccable pride in Indian thought, culture and spirit. More transparency and efficacy of our robust examination system and accountability in all our operations shall remain our ceaseless and enduring effort, NPS with its commitment, competence and accountability, has always risen up to the expectations of the society, even in the toughest times, and I am sanguine that with the active cooperation, and reinvigorated and concerted efforts of all the stakeholders we will actualise our vision and scale the enviable heights.
